For students who are registered full-time during the Fall and Winter Sessions, these programs are eligible for UTAPS grant funding.

The following programs are eligible for UTAPS grant plus an additional subsidy for eligible interest payments on the Scotia Professional Plan for Students , or another lending plan of your choice.

Programs ineligible for OSAP and UTAPS
OSAP and UTAPS do not provide assistance for these programs:
- Master of Mathematical Finance
- International Dentist Advanced Placement Program for Foreign-Trained Dentists (IDAPP)
- Executive Programs at Rotman School of Management
- International Pharmacy Graduate Program (Canadian Pharmacy Skills) for individuals with foreign pharmacy degrees.
- OISEUT Additional Qualification Courses: do not lead towards a degree
